About the Body Bracket
The Hook & Loop Tape on the bottom grips to a soft surface.
The Cover secures in place with the Hook & Loop Tape, and an elastic strap. The material is waterproof and wipeable, but the seams are stitched. You can remove the Cover from the Plastic Bracket for cleaning.
Apply the elastic carefully to avoid excess stress on the stitching.
This products comprises of one plastic bracket and one cover. You do not need to order them separately.
About the Thermoregulating Material
The TR Material was first developed to help astronauts in space maintain their body temperature. The material should help to keep cool people warm and keep warm people cool. The material allows heat from the body to escape and if the body is getting cold, it traps the warmth of the body. Many people who are under cancer treatment such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy (radiation therapy) may find a benefit from the cooling material.

As the reason why people perspire can vary a lot, we cannot guarantee the TR Material will work for everyone. We are unable to accept the items back for credit if they do not work, because of infection control.

Remove cover and wash up to 80°C (176°F). Air or tumble dry on a cool setting, ensuring the drum is cool. Ensure the product is dry before using or storing.
Indirect Pressure Care Warning
Although not designed to directly help with the prevention of pressure sores, this product may have some effect on Pressure Care. Sometimes the product may become unsuitable. Continuous monitoring is necessary and alternative products may be recommended.
