WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?
The Rehab Step is a rehabilitation item, normally used by Physiotherapists. There is enough room for a Patient using a walking frame to step up, walk a few paces, and step down the other side.
The Step has a durable, wipe-clean plastic casing, with an internal block of high density polystyrene. Weighing approximately 10kg/22lbs, the Rehab Step is lighter than most wooden steps, therefore reducing the manual handling risk for the Therapist.
Rehab Step Trolley (sold separately): The Rehab Step has a shoulder carry strap, but sometimes it is necessary to move it long distances, or even take it in a lift. The Rehab Step Trolley makes manual handling easier by putting the Step on the Trolley and wheeling it along the floor.

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Rehab Step: There are two sliding rails on the side, so instead of having to carry the Step, it can be slid across smooth flooring surfaces such as carpet, smooth/painted concrete, and lino. The strong adjustable carry strap wraps around the polystyrene block inside the plastic casing, so the Step can be carried over a shoulder or forearm when necessary.
Rehab Step Trolley: Slide or lift the Rehab Step up onto the Trolley. Fasten the yellow strap over the top of the Rehab Step to secure it ready for transporting. Note: This item requires some basic assembly before use.

CLEANING WARNING
Only use and store the product when it is dry. Test your cleaning chemicals on a discreet area to make sure it will not damage the material.
Important
There is a small gap where the webbing straps comes out from the plastic. This area is not 100% sealed.
- As this is a rehabilitation item, we recommend a Therapist is with the Patient at all times to ensure they do not fall while using the Rehab Step.
- Do not walk on the Step in high heel shoes, particularly stiletto heels.
- Do not slide the Step on surfaces such as rough concrete or bitumen.
WARNING: The Rehab Step Trolley is designed solely for transporting the Rehab Step. It is not a toy and should never be used for riding or standing on. Misuse may result in injury or damage to the equipment. Always use on a flat, stable surface and follow all safety instructions.
