WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Hand Blow Up Pad Kit is designed to help with hands suffering from contractures. The Kit includes one Blow Up Pad, one Hand Pump, and two washable Polycotton covers.

It can be placed into a contractured hand and then blown up in stages over time. This opens the fingers and allows air to circulate between them.

This product comes with two washable Sleeve Covers to allow for one to be washed while the other is in use.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?

Suitable for people requiring physiotherapy treatment for hand contractures.

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The Hand Blow Up Pad can be placed into a contracted hand and then blown up in stages over the next 30 minutes or so, to gently open the fingers. If the fingers do not open fully, simply wait a while and then add some air. When the fingers are partially opened, the carer can squeeze the ends of the Pad to gently exercise and open the patient’s fingers.
