The Thermoregulating T-Shirt – Short Sleeve is specially designed for people who may not be able to control their body temperature when sleeping or during the day. This may be due to a number of reasons that may include:
- A personal condition such as a form of hyperhidrosis, etc.
- Reaction to medication. Some people who are undergoing cancer treatment such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy may benefit from this material.
- Menopause
This product may also help some people with a proprioceptive condition, including sensory processing disorder, autism, or ADHD, etc.
These unisex T-Shirts are available in black or white. The shirts are made from a 4-way stretch Outlast™ material, comprising of polyester and Spandex with a silicone coating containing Phase Change Material (PCM) capsules. This material is similar to Lycra in that it has a good amount of four-way stretch.

About the Material
TR Material contains micro-encapsulated Phase Change Materials (PCMs), and was first developed to help astronauts maintain their body temperature. It allows heat from the body to escape, or if the body is getting cold, it traps the warmth.
To Use
The T-shirts can be worn under other clothing, or worn on their own like a normal T-shirt. The length of our TR T-shirts is slightly longer than a normal T-Shirt, to offer thermoregulating quality to a larger area of the body.
Warning
Highly Flammable Material. Keep away from flames, cigarettes, etc. Store in a cool, dry place away from any potential sources of ignition. As some people may wear the T-shirts when sleeping, we have included a Fire Hazard Warning label to comply with Government Regulations on Sleepwear for Children. We do not expect children to be smoking in bed, but the label is to remind Carers and the person wearing the shirt not to smoke near the shirt or expose it to naked flames.

To Measure for Size: To select the right size T-shirt based on chest measurements, it’s important to have the individual stand naturally with their arms down by their sides. Then, using a measuring tape, wrap it around the fullest part of their chest, ensuring it passes over the shoulder blades and under the armpits. The tape should be snug but not overly tight.
