BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the soft inner padded material just above the knee. Pull across the inner piece of material, securing it in position with the hook & loop tape. Pull across the outer piece of material and attach it to the hook & loop tape to hold the Knee Lifter in position.
