BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Put the soft inner padded material just above the knee. Pull across the inside piece of material holding in position with the Hook & Loop tape. Pull across the outside piece of material to attach to the Hook & Loop tape and hold the Knee Lifter in position.
