WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Hand Splint & Padded Cover is supplied cut ready to be heated in boiling water. It can be used on either the left or right hand.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?

For Patients who need their wrist(s) immobilised.

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Once heated in boiling water and the plastic is pliable, mould it around the Patient’s hand and wrist. Once the shape is correct, the splint can be quickly cooled by holding it under cold water.

CLEANING METHOD

Machine or hand wash.

MAXIMUM WASHING TEMPERATURE

80°C / 176°F.

DETERGENT

Use a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener.

DRYING METHOD

Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.

CLEANING WARNING

Only use and store the product when it is dry.
