WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?
This product is made from 100% pure sheep’s wool. It is specially treated for Hospital conditions to help prevent pressure problems.
The wool has a knitted back cloth that allows air to breathe, whereas sheepskin has a leather skin backing. This product also has the added benefit of providing pressure care for the heels, elbows, hips, shoulders, etc.
The wool can be cut with a pair of scissors to make individual pads as required. After cutting, remove the loose wool fibres by hand from the edge of the cut. Even after washing some more loose fibres will detach during the first couple of washes, but after this the Wool should stabilise.
The roll width is 170cm / 67″.
This product could be considered as the first line of defence to prevent pressure sores.

CLEANING METHOD – SEWN VERSION
Machine or hand wash.
MAXIMUM WASHING TEMPERATURE
80°C / 176°F.
DETERGENT
Use a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener.
DRYING METHOD
Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.
CLEANING WARNING
Only use and store the product when it is dry.
