WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?
The Turn Yourself Sheet is material from a slippery material, with a foam piece underneath which helps is grip onto the bed. It is sewn in a circle, that it is effectively one slippery sheet on top of another. This helps someone turn in bed with minimal effort, and is much easier than turning on standard bed sheets. The material is thin and breathable, and shouldn’t increase sweating.
WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?
This product is great for people who have trouble turning in bed, and need help to turn over. This may be due to:
- Old age
- Arthritis
- Other muscular skeletal issues
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) / Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the Turn Yourself Sheet on the Bed with the foam side down. The foam helps the Sheet stay in place. Lay in the middle of the Sheet, either laying directly on the material.
Using your arms and legs, shuffle to turn to one side. The material will pass underneath. When you turn back, the material will pass back underneath. This product helps people get a better nights’ sleep, even if the Sheet looks untidy in the morning.

Cleaning

Machine or hand wash.

Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.
