WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Turn Yourself Sheet is made from a slippery material, with a foam piece underneath which helps it grip onto the bed. It is sewn in a circle so that it is effectively one slippery sheet on top of another. This helps someone turn in bed with minimal effort and is much easier than turning on standard bed sheets. The material is thin and breathable and shouldn’t increase sweating.

This product is great for people who have trouble turning in bed and need help to turn over. This may be due to:

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place the Turn Yourself Sheet on the bed with the foam side down. The foam helps the sheet stay in place. Lay in the middle of the sheet, either directly on the material.

Using your arms and legs, shuffle to turn to one side. The material will pass underneath. When you turn back, the material will pass back underneath. This product helps people get a better night’s sleep, even if the sheet looks untidy in the morning.
