WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?
The Incontinence Bed Pad – Washable, is a lightweight, breathable, and waterproof incontinence pad. It is designed to soak up a small amount of urine compared to thicker and heavier bed pads and may help protect a mattress from urine overflows.
Because the Pad is thin and flexible, it may not interfere with Pressure Care or Deep Air-Flow Mattresses. A Pressure Care specialist should evaluate the Pad before using to make sure it will be suitable.
The Pad has non-slip dots, but the version with Straps that help keep the Pad in position is recommended if the patient moves a lot in bed or is on an air flow overlay mattress. The Pad has elastic loops, so it can move a little when patients get in and out of bed and when turning.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?
This product is suitable for people who may experience bladder control issues while in bed.
BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the Pad on the bed so the patient’s groin area will be positioned in the middle of the Pad. If a male patient urinates upwards or sideways, placing another Pad over the groin area may help keep the bed sheets clean. However, if the patient is wearing incontinence pants, hopefully this should not be necessary.
Incontinence Bed Pad – Washable with Straps: Place the two straps under the mattress and adjust through the Camloc buckles to keep the Pad in place.
The patient should still wear incontinence pants to contain urine and use the Pad as extra protection for the bed.
