WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Hand Contraction Pads are designed for people with contracted fingers or hand contractures. They are made from a soft padding with a soft material cover, and help stop skin touching skin. They may also help prevent perspiration building up in the palm and between the fingers. This product is sold in pairs.

There are four versions of this product:

Half Padded (White)
Half Padded – With Strap (White)
Full Padded (Blue)
Full Padded – With Strap (Blue)

The Full Padded version has filling in the main palm section and the finger sections.

The Half Padded version has a small amount of padding in the palm section, and no padding in the finger sections.

The Strap option attaches with Hook & Loop Tape and wraps around the hand in case it is dropped.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?

The Hand Contraction Pads are suitable for people who suffer from contracted finger.

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place in the Patient’s hand and pull the finger spacer sections fully back between the fingers. Place the thumb around the main body of the pad.

The Hand Contraction Pads will not cure contractions, but will help keep the hand clean.

Cleaning

CLEANING METHOD

Machine or hand wash.

MAXIMUM WASHING TEMPERATURE

80°C / 176°F.

DETERGENT

Use a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener.

DRYING METHOD

Air dry in the shade. Alternatively, tumble dry on a cool temperature and make sure the drum is cool.

CLEANING WARNING

Only use and store the product when it is dry.
