NDIS Feedback & Complaints

You are welcome to ask your support network (e.g. NDIS participants’ therapists) to complete the feedback on your behalf.

To make a complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, you can either complete the online complaint form (go to the NDIS Commission website and fine the complaint form) or call 1800 035 544. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can use the TTY number 133 677 or the National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544. 

Complaints Management Process – Please contact us to ask about our complaints management process, which is available to is available for all participants.

Appropriate Support – Please contact us to ensure you receive appropriate support if you wish to contract the Commissioner in regards to a complaint.
