WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT?

The Head Ring is placed under the Patient’s head when on the operating table to prevent pressure sores.

This product has a soft vinyl Heat Sealed cover for infection control.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR?

The three sizes fit from paediatric to adult Patients. Either the medium or large size is usually used on adult Patients, depending on the shape of the Patient’s skull.

BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Sometimes they are used to protect a Patient’s ears. Place a large or medium Ring under the Patient’s ear to hold the head away from the pillow. It can be placed inside an empty pillowcase, so the Patient’s head is not directly touching the Wipeable Material cover. Ensure that the pillowcase is loosely fitted inside the middle hole to prevent the pillowcase Material from pressing against the ear.
