International Customers

Because most of our products are very lightweight, it is easy to send our products all over the world, to both individual facilities, as well as distributors.

Depending on the size, shape and weight of your parcel, we use freight services offered by Australia Post (Australia’s national postal service) or our international freight forwarder. We can send orders by sea or air. We always try to get a freight service which allows us to track and trace the parcel in transit, but sometimes this is not the most economical freight method for low weight parcels. This can be discussed when you place your order. We can email you quotations and pro-forma invoices including freight charges.

For our international customers, we require payment before sending your order. You can pay by:

Depending on where you are located, customs and import duty may be payable on your order. This is beyond our control, but we can help determine if this is applicable. Generally, disability products such as ours should not attract duty.

We can arrange the necessary international documentation required by your country/importer, such as:

  • Certificate of Origin
  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing List

Each of our products is shipped with an instruction sheet written in English. We do not provide a translation of this, but we recommend you get it translated to ensure you understand it.

Our standard policies apply to international orders in relation to:

  • Goods Damaged in Transit
  • Cancellations
