Goods on Trial Procedure

Account Customers

You can have most Pelican stock items on trial. It is best to email or fax the order through to us using an order number, and mark the order ‘Goods on Trial’. We then invoice the goods out with the normal freight charge so that we can track where the goods go. If you decide not to keep the goods, please contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number. You will be liable for the return freight to get the goods back to us. The returned goods must be in a clean, unmarked, unwashed, re-saleable condition. In the past, some facilities have written people’s names or ward numbers on the items, which means we cannot do a credit for them. The Trial Period is normally two weeks but if you need them for longer, just let us know. If you decide to keep the goods, you can pay the invoice which you received with the goods.

General Public

You can have most Pelican stock items on trial. It is best to order the goods as normal, and let us know that the goods are for ‘Trial’. We will invoice the goods out and charge your credit card. If you are happy with the goods then you do not need to do anything as they are already paid for. If you want to return the goods to us, please contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number. You will be responsible for the return freight to get the goods back to us. We can organise the return freight for you or you can organise it. The returned goods must be in a clean, unmarked, unwashed, re-saleable condition. In the past some facilities have written people’s names or ward numbers on the items which means we cannot credit them. The trial period is two weeks.
