This General Purpose Sling is easy to use and will be suitable for a variety of lifting hoists. Place the back of the sling behind the patient’s back so the bottom of the sling is next to the coccyx area. The stitches in the middle of the sling should be parallel with the patient’s spine.

The leg sections should go under the patient’s legs with the webbing from one leg section threaded through the loop on the opposite leg webbing.

Washing: Hand or machine wash, up to 80°C. Do not tumble dry or wring. Air dry in shade only.

Inspect frequently for signs of wear. Withdraw from use if any faults found and contact Pelican Manufacturing.
